Our BPX9 slides are precision machined from 17-4 billet stainless steel made in the USA. Black Nitride refinishing is applied for maximum durability and hardness reaching 52-58 HRc on the Rockwell scale. Our Black Nitride also meets AMS 2753 specifications, improves fatigue strength, provides exceptional lubricity with a low coefficient of friction, improved wear and corrosion resistance all while holding dimensional requirements with little to no distortion.
