The customer is responsible for a 5% cancellation & restocking fee if an order is not cancelled within one (1) hour of placing the order. "Regulated Items" that are returned from your FFL or part orders that are shipped and returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the situation. By submitting your order; you are agreeing to our terms.

There are no exceptions to this agreement.

Order Processing Time: Orders may take up to two business days to ship even after you have received a tracking number.

Any order containing non regulated items will ship to the billing address only.

Package Guarantee: The customer is purchasing a guarantee through Black Phoenix Customs that they will receive their order.

Package guarantee claims are handled via email: [email protected].

*Black Phoenix Customs accepts exchanges of new, unused custom OEM items for store credit only.

*Local pickup orders at The Gun Store will be available on the next business day by 12 PM.

*Orders containing "Regulated Items" that are not shipped within 30 days of purchase due to no FFL information or no customer contact, will be surrendered and released back into inventory.
