The customer is responsible for a 10% cancellation & restocking fee if they choose to cancel once the order has been placed. "Regulated Items" that are returned from your FFL or part orders that are shipped and returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the situation. By submitting your order; you are agreeing to our terms.

There are no exceptions to this agreement.

Order & Shipping Information:

Order Processing Time: Orders may take up to two business days to ship even after you have received a tracking number.

Package Guarantee: The customer is purchasing a guarantee through Black Phoenix Customs that they will receive their order.

Package guarantee claims are handled via email: [email protected].

*Black Phoenix Customs does not accept returns.

*Black Phoenix Customs accepts exchanges of new, unused custom OEM items for store credit.

*All orders containing frames or firearms will ship to the FFL premises address, not the billing address.

*We will not ship slides, magazines or parts anywhere other than the billing address.

*We cannot ship via UPS to USPS PO boxes. If you choose UPS as a shipping option to a PO box, your order will automatically change to USPS Priority.

*CA & PR residents must facilitate the transfer of their order. We will not contact those FFLs.

*Local pickup orders at The Gun Store will be available on the next business day by 12 PM.
